Der Antragsteller/die Antragstellerin (bei Minderjährigen die Eltern) bestätigt:
- die Vereinsstatuten gelesen zu haben und den darin enthaltenen Verpflichtungen nachzukommen. Insbesondere verpflichtet er/sie sich, bei Vereinsanlässen aktiv mitzuhelfen (bei Junioren auch die Eltern).
- dass er/sie (bei Minderjährigen die Eltern) dem FC Gossau erlaubt, Fotos/Videos seiner/ihrer Person auf sozialen Medien / Homepage / Clubheft o.ä. im Zusammenhang mit Aktivitäten des FC Gossau zu veröffentlichen.
